WEDC Vibrant Spaces Grant
In partnership with the City of Hayward, over $48,000 was awarded. The parking lot behind Fransden Bank was paved in 2023. In 2024, new wayfinding signage, an improved public restroom facility, a business information kiosk, and picnic tables/benches will be added.
Hayward was chosen to receive a 30-40 unit workforce housing development with onsite training space. This was a partnership with Northwood Technical College and Impact Seven. Construction is expected to start in spring 2024.

Efund helps entrepreneurs in MN and WI get access to funds through fair and affordable financing. They partner with entrepreneurs by by providing access to capital and business advising.
